Following the picture submission, orders are completed in the order the required pictures were received. You may be contacted with additional questions or photo requests. Express packages are prioritized for quicker turnaround time.

Following the report, supplemental PDF, and palettes being shared, you are welcome to email with any questions! If you would like to schedule a Zoom session or phone call to discuss your results, that is included in both packages until 1/1/26.
Packages purchased in November and December 2025 can still schedule the follow-up call in January 2026.
Results and report are prioritized and returned within five business days after required pictures are given.
